Today, I have to share with you another version of pinakbet, they called it Seafood Pinakbet. I and my colleague accidentally discovered this delicious dish in Tridem Restaurant in Mariveles, Bataan during our stressful training seminars. lol! :) Thanks pals! Since Mariveles is located in grand entrance of Manila bay and West Philippine sea (China sea) and coastal tip of province of Bataan. Mariveles is a well known as industrial area producing of quality bags and shoes. Aside that, the town is also well known abundant of seafood in the province. Because the availability of seafood, it is easy for them to prepare a seafood plus pinakbet equal to a delicious and yummy Seafood Pinakbet dish. Let's try it! |
