Adobo Flakes Recipe

Do you have a left over adobo from your previous meal and you do not want to served it again? Why not turn into another dish by creating a little twist with your leftover adobo to a crispy Adobo Flakes.

Adobo flakes is made of toasted adobo using any meat like pork, chicken, beef and even fish. cooking adobo flakes is very simple and you can add toasted garlic for additional flavor to your crunchy and crispy flakes.

Good for serving: 5 - 6 persons

Adobo Flakes Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo adobo (chicken or pork),cooked
  • oil for frying
Adobo Flakes Cooking Instruction:
  1. Place the adobo meat in a plastic bag and gently press the meat by hand and debone the meat and flakes its flesh.
  2. Drizzle with the adobo sauce.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray and spread evenly, then let stand for at least 1 - 1.5 hours. drain.
  4. Heat a frying pan, then pour with a very little oil over low heat.
  5. Put the adobo meat, then stirring continuously until the meat is dry, brown and crisp.
  6. Serve with rice, sliced tomato and salted egg on the side.
  7. Share and enjoy!
