Pork Hamonado Cooking Instruction:
- Using a bowl, mix the sugar, salt, and ground pepper then rub into pork meat.
- Arrange the sausage, pickles, carrot, pineapple chunks in pork meat
- Roll the pork, keeping the filling in the center, tie with a string
- Marinate the pork meat overnight in pineapple juice
- After marinating, then put the pork and marinade juice into pan with medium heat, then simmer for about 1 hour
- Remove the thread from meat or chill if desired for ease of cutting. Continue simmering the marinade for 5 minutes or until thick and serve as sauce.
- Let cool before slicing the meat then arrange in a platter.
