Pininyahang Manok (Pineapple Chicken) Recipe

Pininyahang Manok or pineapple chicken  is made of sweet pineapple juice then stewed with pineapple chunks  along with fresh/evaporated milk or coconut milk. Aside from pineapples, secondary ingredients such as carrots and bell pepper.  This recipe is mostly cooked and served during feasts or celebrations.
