Cooking Instruction:
- Put the oil in a cooking pot and apply heat
- Saute the 3 tbsp garlic until golden brown then set aside.
- Saute remaining garlic and onions
Put-in the beef brisket and cook until the color of the outer part turns light brown
- Add the beef cube, sugar, soy sauce and star anise
- Pour-in the water and bring to a boil.
- Allow to boil until beef becomes tender
- Add salt and pepper to taste, set aside
- In cooking egg noodles. In a casserole, bring to boil 1 liter of water.
- Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp of salt then include mami noodles and bring to boil for 30 seconds, remove the noodles, drain to remove excess water.
- Place the cooked egg noodles and Chinese cabbage in a serving bowl
- Pour the soup and beef brisket on the bowl with noodles then garnish with garlic and green onions on top. Serve hot.
